J.D. Power and Associates U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index Study to Show Hyundai's Greatest Progress

The list of rankings shown by the 2010 J.D. Power and Associates U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index StudySM (SSI) revealed the significant growth of Hyundai. Hyundai has achieved new and better position in the rankings. It ranked seventh out of many competitors. This new achievement was truly anticipated and treasured by Hyundai considering it was received from the trusted SSI study. The Sales Satisfaction Study (SSI) itself shows a complete analysis regarding with the new-vehicle purchase experience. This study evaluates the new products capability in bringing the best possible customer satisfaction. A total of four factors become the evaluation point of the products. First, the study will evaluate how smooth and qualify the process of the deal is. Second, the capability of the salesperson involved with the transaction will also be evaluated. Third, the smoothness and reliability of the delivery process will be reviewed. Fourth, the quality of the dealership facility will be checked.

Usually, based on overall result of study, the study will conclude which factor is more important than the others. For the year 2010, the conclusion was that between the four major factors, how the dealership treats its customers became the most important factor.

Continuing from the improvement made by Hyundai, this significant raise of rank made Hyundai very proud. This achievement was a continuation of its recent achievement in this category. In 2009, Hyundai ranked sixteenth. Hyundai Motor America's vice president of National Sales stated that the released ranking list from J.D. power's Sales Satisfaction Index has always became one of the key indicator of Hyundai's proof of success in bringing satisfaction towards its customers. He also added that this achievement has brought significant confidence for Hyundai to introduce its latest products, the all-new Sonata and Equus.
